- Tus clases y compras: días y horas, asistencia, ausencias y recuperaciones, cursos y packs, precios, si están pagados y cómo (tarjeta o efectivo).
Chi tratta i tuoi dati
Quali dati
Apple, Google e Cloudflare possono trattare dati tecnici negli Stati Uniti.
I tuoi diritti
Privacy policy
19 October 2026 · «Lurra» apps for clients and for the studio
Who handles your data
The controller of your data is Gabriel Santibañez Olmedo, owner of the Lurra · Ceramica & Vetro ceramics and glass studio (Lugano, Switzerland), who registers you and invites you to the app. The apps and the server are built and run by Víctor Santibañez Olmedo on the studio's behalf, under a data processing agreement, and the data is only used to make the service work: the developer does not look at it unless the studio asks or to fix a problem.
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected] or talk to the studio.
What data
- Your client record, created by the studio: name, phone, email, birthday, whether you are a child or an adult (and, for a group or family, how many children and adults), a photo if there is one, and whether you use the wheel. The studio's internal notes never appear in the clients' app.
- Your classes and purchases: days and times, attendance, absences and make-ups, courses and packs, prices, whether they are paid and how (card or cash).
- What you do in the app: bookings, cancellations, moves, make-ups, purchases, the events you ask the studio for (what, when, for how many and your message), the changes of name or phone number you ask it for (which you see in the app while the studio confirms them), the comments you write about your classes, courses and packs (which the studio sees with the class or course and may reply to; you see its replies in the app) and the photo you add, with date and time, so the studio sees it.
- If you come in without a code, as a guest, to try a free welcome class: the name and phone number you type in the app (in Account or when booking it), which are kept on your account and with which the studio makes you a guest record holding that class, and an identifier of your phone (on the web, of your browser) and another, encrypted, of your Apple or Google account, so that each phone and each person books only one. When the studio registers you, you become a client like everyone else: with the code it sends you or, if you already booked the welcome class, without it.
- Your account: on iPhone you sign in with «Sign in with Apple», which gives us an anonymous identifier of its own for this app and, only the first time, your name if you choose to share it. On Android you sign in with «Sign in with Google», which gives us an identifier of your Google account, your name and your email; the identifier and the name are kept, not the email. No password is stored. Your phone only keeps the session, stored encrypted (in the iOS Keychain or in Android's encrypted storage). On the web (lurra-app.com/app) you sign in the same way, with Apple or Google, and the session stays in your browser's storage until you sign out.
- Notifications, only if you turn them on in the app (Account → Notifications): on iPhone, the notification identifier Apple gives your phone and the app's language, so the studio's replies reach you; it is deleted when you turn them off or sign out. On Android the app asks the server now and then whether there are new replies, with no identifier at all. The reminders on the day of your classes are set by your own phone and do not go through the server.
- Technical data: when you sign in and the version of this policy you accepted. Your IP address is used only at that moment, to limit abusive attempts, and is not stored.
No advertising, analytics or tracking, and the data is never sold or handed to anyone.
What for
Only to manage your classes with the studio: so you can see and book your classes (without a code, your welcome class), the studio knows who is coming and what is paid, and can look after you. The basis is your relationship with the studio as a client and your acceptance of this policy.
Where it is kept, and who else is involved
- On a private server run by the developer, in Spain (European Union), with backups in the same private environment, which are deleted after 3 months; those kept outside the server are encrypted with a key only the studio holds. Each studio's data is kept apart.
- Apple, for signing in on iPhone and on the web, for the notifications the studio's devices receive and, if you turn them on, for your notifications on iPhone.
- Google, for signing in on Android and on the web, and for the notifications the studio's Android devices receive.
- Cloudflare, which carries the encrypted connection between the app (or the web) and the server.
Apple, Google and Cloudflare may process technical data in the United States. All three take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss extension, which the European Union and Switzerland recognise as a sufficient safeguard.
For how long
While you are a client of the studio. If you delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account), your access goes at once; the studio keeps its record of your classes and payments as part of its bookkeeping. If you booked a welcome class, the identifiers of the phone and the account you booked it with are kept too, so that no second free one is booked, and if you come back as a guest you find your class again; they are erased if you ask for your data to be erased. When you delete it you can also ask for your data to be erased: your record is left without your name, phone, email, birthday, photo or notes, your comments and the studio's replies are deleted, and only an anonymous record of your classes and payments remains. Only on the list of what you did from the app (bookings, cancellations, changes, purchases) does the studio still see your name for 30 days, to know whose they were; after that it is erased too. Backups are deleted after 3 months, so within that time your data is gone from them too.
Your rights
You can ask the studio to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. You can delete your account at any time from the app itself. If you think something is not done right, you can turn to the data protection authority of your country.
Children
A child's record is managed by their parent or guardian, who signs in to the app with it.
The studio's app
Only the studio's staff use it. It keeps the studio's data on their devices and, when connected to the server, there too, on the same terms described here.
Changes
If this policy changes, the app will ask you to accept the new version before going on.
Datenschutzerklärung
19. Oktober 2026 · Apps «Lurra» für Kunden und für das Studio
Wer deine Daten bearbeitet
